The New York Times said Nicki Minaj was... ↘

“the most influential female rapper of all time.”

Dude, Nicki Minaj is a joke. Just because white 8 year old girls really liked Superbass doesn’t mean she’s influencing anyone. Azealia Banks has broken onto the scene because of her talent (and the infectiousness of 212) not because anyone was looking out for female rappers because of Nicki Minaj.

Not to mention, how fucking ignorant the phrase “of all time” is.

Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliot, Salt-n-Peppa, Lil Kim, Foxy Brown, MC Lyte created the female rap game… Nicki Minaj isn’t even popular because of her rapping, she’s popular because David Guetta used her voice for his songs.

And Finally Nicki Minaj is a carbon copy of is heavily influenced by Lil’ Kim so wouldn’t that make her the most influential???

This article just doesn’t make any sense

basically,

noooo way.

Love this.
